Highly effective leader with over 23 years of international teaching, management, strategic planning, and teacher training experience. I am a proud member of the SDP (Strategic Development Program) ,SE (School Evaluation) & SLT (Senior Leadership Team).

In addition, I am also a certified Effective Learning Environmental Observational Tools (ELEOT) trainer and evaluator in AdvancED. I am honoured to be a part of the AdvancED team, ensuring quality assurance during school visits. As a School leader, I have had the privilege of leading school accreditation team” Cognia .

My expertise is in grooming and mentoring team members to meet business and operational requirements. I believe in providing strategic and inspirational leadership, ensuring effective dissemination of communication regarding the goals and objectives of our high school. I strive to maintain high standards of learning and personal development, guiding middle leaders, teachers, and support staff. I define roles clearly and align them with our school priorities to foster a cohesive and high-performing team.

In my previous role as the Cambridge Program Director, KSA, I was responsible for strategic planning and business development. Responsible for setting objectives and targets. Overall Planning, Preparing and Conducting the Cambridge International Examinations for the Cambridge associate Schools.
