Hiba Hamzi Abou Alfa is a seasoned educational leader with over 20 years of experience in the education management and teaching sector. Known for her strategic vision and innovative problem-solving skills, she has consistently empowered students, educators, and institutions across diverse academic settings. Hiba currently serves as the School Director at Learning Oasis International National School in Riyadh, where she spearheads initiatives in leadership, curriculum enhancement, and organizational development.
Previously, she held the position of School Principal at Rafic Hariri High School in Saida, Lebanon.

Her tenure was marked by a transformative leadership approach that led to key achievements including the establishment of a learning support center, successful IBPYP and IBDP accreditations, Label France recognition, and the implementation of an in-service training system. Hiba has also made significant contributions to school policy reforms, strategic planning, parent engagement, and alumni relations.

Beyond her school leadership roles, Hiba has contributed nationally as an Educational Expert at Lebanon’s Center for Educational Research & Development, and as a Program Manager at the Hariri Foundation for Sustainable Human Development. Her projects included large-scale educational forums, academic partnerships, and impact studies on educational programs.

Hiba holds a Master’s degree in Education with a concentration in TESOL and Educational Management from the Lebanese American University, and a Bachelor’s in English Language from the American University of Beirut. Fluent in Arabic, English, and French, she is also an active board member and community advocate with a strong history of civic and educational engagement.
