Sharlina Islam

Sharlina Islam is an international executive speaker, education reform consultant, and Vice Principal at Riyadh Schools (Hittin), part of the Misk Foundation. With over 15 years of leadership experience across British and American curriculum schools, she has successfully led large-scale academic and education reform initiatives both in Saudi Arabia and internationally.

She is also the Founder of World Class Academia, a UK-based consultancy dedicated to advancing instructional quality, leadership development, and strategic school improvement around the globe. Sharlina is known for her dynamic keynote talks, which blend evidence-based research with practical leadership strategies, inspiring school systems to create cultures of excellence, innovation, and empowered learning.
