Shannon Pipes is a highly experienced educator with an impressive 18-year career in the field of education. She has spent nine years in South Korea and China, where she served as an English Teacher and Head of Department, specializing in teaching English as both a First and Second Language to students aged 5–18. Her leadership as Head of Department was marked by a strong focus on curriculum excellence and teacher development.

Following her international teaching tenure, Shannon spent five years in Abu Dhabi, UAE, as an administrator, where she honed her expertise in academic leadership and school management. For the past four years, she has been serving as the Principal of One World International School in Riyadh, leading the institution with a vision centered on inclusivity, innovation, and student success.
