Dr. Reham El Shamy is a visionary and dynamic school leader with over 12 years of experience in international education, curriculum design, and operational development. Her expertise spans a wide range of curricula, including the IB, American, British (IGCSE), and international frameworks such as the International Curriculum Association’s IPC and IMYC. Throughout her career, Dr. El Shamy has successfully led whole-school initiatives, championed curriculum innovation, and mentored educators across key stages. She holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) and a Master’s degree from the University of Sunderland. Passionate about fostering inclusive, student-centered learning environments, she is a strong advocate for global citizenship, research-based practices, and educational equity. Dr. El Shamy is also deeply committed to teacher wellbeing and professional growth, actively promoting educator empowerment alongside student voice, agency, and leadership development.
