Noura Ghazi Awwad

Noura Ghazi Awwad is an educator, technology leader, and lifelong learner with a passion for empowering students through innovation, creativity, and the meaningful use of technology. As the Head of the Computer Science Department and IB DP & MYP Design Coordinator at Al Faris International School in Riyadh, Noura leads programs that inspire students to think critically, solve real-world problems, and develop the digital skills essential for the future.

With over a decade of experience in education and technology integration, Noura has held various leadership roles, including MYP Subject Coordinator, Technology Integration Specialist, and Digital Marketing & Activities Director. In each position, she has successfully combined her love for teaching with her expertise in technology, guiding both students and educators to embrace change and innovation.

Committed to teaching that goes beyond textbooks, Noura fosters curiosity, creativity, and the ethical use of technology. Her dedication has been showcased on larger platforms, including presenting her research on using artificial intelligence to predict student academic performance at the Arab Open University Scientific Forum. She also holds the International Driving for Artificial Intelligence Leadership certification, further reinforcing her commitment to the responsible use of AI in education.
