Dr. Kate Sutton Jones

Dr Sutton Jones started her career in education as a Biology and French teacher in Canada. Having taught internationally in Africa and Europe she returned to Canada to raise her 2 children and complete her advanced degrees. Dr Kate holds a Masters in Adult Learning & Global Change and a Doctorate in Curriculum, Instruction and Assessment.  She is a certified CPD trainer and School Inspector and has served as an Accreditation Team member for MSA-CESS, WASC, CIS the IB and Cognia. Dr Sutton Jones has worked as a senior administrator, principal, and a school improvement consultant on five continents including 3 countries in the GCC. She conducts research and has presented across the globe on contemporary education issues, challenges, change management, and innovation. Dr Sutton Jones has served on the boards of the Association of Chinese and Mongolian International Schools (ACAMIS) and the NGO Education Beyond Borders. She currently holds the position of  Deputy Director General at Riyadh Schools and runs an international education consultancy on a pro-bono basis.
