Her expertise spans educational strategy and leadership, institutional accreditation, cultural change, professional development, and digital transformation, delivering measurable, lasting impact in the education sector.

Dana is currently pursuing her Doctorate in Educational Leadership at Edgewood College (USA) and holds an MBA from Al Balqa University (Jordan). She is certified in Business Growth Coaching, EFQM Assessment, and Change Management.
